For high-earning individuals, house loan thru a bank is recommended. But for mediocre-earning individuals, PAGIBIG is the recommended choice to own a house. To apply for a PAGIBIG loan, you will need the following documents:

1.   Housing Loan Application
2.   Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
3.   Transfer Certificate Title – certified true copy of the Registry of Deeds
4.   Latest Tax Declaration (photocopy)

Note: For employed PAGIBIG members, you will need the following:
a.   Certificate of Employment and Compensation (PAGIBIG Format, Notarized)
b.   Certificate of Employment and Compensation (Company Format, Notarized)
c.   Latest Pay Slip
d.   Income Tax Return (Certificate of Tax Withheld)

PAGIBIG Housing loan can also be used to purchase a condominium. Sa katunayan, PAGIBIG Housing loan ang gamit ko nang bumilli kami ng condo sa The Amaryllis (DMCI).
