for me, the definition of cool for me would be something that would provide a lot of INFORMATION about anything - information that is RELIABLE and UPDATED! since i've noticed that some info are outdated in some Filipino sites/portals.

as a result, a COOL site generates traffic because people go there at all times

of course, a COOL site should always be up and the links should work

so it really depends. as long as the site contains INFORMATION about anything....
