Anong strategy kaya ang ginagawa ng mga developers to make their sites appealing para makakuha ng mga buyers, especially that properties aren't easy to see?

Try to look for the official website of DMCI Homes at 'di mo makikita dahil sa daming sites ang nagho-host sa company na iyon. If you want to know it's website, here's the link: www.dmcihomes.com

it's fascinating to think that most of the developers nowadays are relying on social media to advertise their ads... eto talaga ang trend. yung iba nga nagpapapromo pa e.. win this instant prizes like condo or tour etc when they register. yung iba naman  sa social media ginagamit yung mga animated videos tapos pinopost sa ibat ibang websites ... yung iba naman giving mass information on their product selling.
If you really want to make that exposure, magpapaadvertise ka talaga now that a lot of people want their product exposed sa internet. LIBRE kasi e.

Certainly. Especially that most of people nowadays have their own computers and laptops in their homes. Kung wala man, they could access through their phones. As easy as that. It amazes me how that can possibly happen. Real estate developers are really wise in their strategic ways and one of which surely is making it big online.

Through online promotion. Ang pinaka- effective na real estate website for me so far ay from DMCI Homes due to the following reasons: 1. Picked the right domain; 2) Uses trustworthy SEO techniques; 3) Talks to its customers; 4) Uploads videos and photos; and 5) Includes forums links in attracting more traffic in its website.
