hi, i agree with Zuvel... I believe property is better compared to time deposit. Now is the best time to invest in real estate property.

oo nga po tama po kayo jan :) iniisip ko kapag real estate property need ng saving para sa maintenance pwera na lang kung for lease yung lot. kso po kapag sa time deposit 7% yung highest then 5years pa hold yung money  :-\ pero may inaaral pa din po kong parang investment din xa sa insular Check it here. yung " Sure Cash for Me " nila.

medyo conservative ako sa ganyan e... siguro kung ako aralin ko po muna yung property market. kelangan kasi malaking kapital e so habang inaaral ko ilagay ko muna sa time deposit.

why not invest in investment funds like yung mga UITF or Mutual funds?

siguro a portion would do, yun kasi gawa ko e. di rin ako sumabak sa condo/real estate property... medyo nagdadalawang isip pa ako sa ganun. pero since sobrang baba naman ng time deposit might as well choose UITF/Money funds for the meantime. mas mataas ang ROI kesa sa savings and time deposit . pwede din siguro government securities and bonds, mas malaki ang return.

Both have advantages. You can either use your money for an investment or depositing them as part of your savings net or emergency fund. Ako kasi, I utilized the money by investing into a condominium unit in Zinnia Towers (Check it here.), a development of DMCI Homes. And it was all worth it, kasi I know na may pinuntahang maganda 'yung pera ko.

Speaking of return/ investment gain, yes, maganda kapag real estate. Kasi you don't only have the opportunity  to reside in one, say a condominium, but you may as well have it lease. This is what my aunt did to her studio unit in Cypress Towers, a DMCI Homes (Check it here.) development.

Hi Gin Brandi, would you know how much cost did your aunt spend during her condo construction or renovation? or it's already a package when you buy unit with DMCI?

May special rate ba ang DMCI pag ipapalease mo yung unit as compared to being residential ang purpose mo?

Thanks.
