Is condo investment a good option?

While it has been said that the real estate industry is in the process of healing, more and more people are encouraged to purchase properties. However, particularly in condo acquisition, is it really a wise move?

Yes. Just because it's perceived an asset. And plus, it's a home. Ho home is said not to be a good investment. Furthermore, I believe that this solely depends on the buyer, whether he's buying to complement his lifestyle of providing for the family. Just like I who recently bought a unit in Rhapsody Residences,DMCI Homes, not only because it's turnover date will be at the end of the year but because I find it flexible, and it would contribute largely to my peace of mind (concerning travel stresses and dilemma).

You're right. Within reach kasi sa lahat ng kailangan for modern living. Gaya ko, I bought 2 units sa Zinnia Towers, DMCI Homes sa may Quezon City. Since pre- selling siya, I would like the two spaces to come together to create this enormous space para sa malaki kong pamilya.

Tama 'yan. Do you know na sa every other two fllors, may mga islets o mini parks sa hallways, to ensure the feel of nature's fresh.

One of the requirements of condominium ownership is the payment of a monthly condo fee, which covers general repairs and maintenance to the common areas as well as build up a cash reserve for future needs. Well, that's at least what I'm experiencing in DMCI Homes. I don't know to other developers.

Yes, I believe that investing in a condo is a good decision that any person can make. However, not everyone could afford to live in one. That is why it always boils down to an individuals ability to buy space and his lifestyle as well. I knew that sometime in the future, I would have to settle down in the city since my work is in the Metro, so as early as now, I purchased a unit in The Amaryllis, which I deem a prime development as it stands beautifully along Quezon City.

Yes, I believe so. That's why more and more people are realizing its investment advantage. People are opening their option opportunities in selecting their homes. You can tell by their decisions favored by either influence or their lifestyle and preference. Just like I, who happened to, out of the blue, bought a unit in Zinnia Towers, DMCI Homes. I just love how larger its unit cuts are, made for a big family, like ours. You may want to visit its profile so you'd be enlighten with what I'm saying: Check it here.

I found this article sharing about the advantages of living in a condominium. Can you also share some advantages of living there.  Thank you Please read this...para eto sa mga ayaw ng condominium.... :)

Well it's not bad afterall ... maganda din naman investment ang condo.

One of the most popular types of housing in the Philippines today, according to many experts, are condominiums. The reason why it became popular is because of its many benefits, in which one of those is to live in a home within walking distance from their workplaces.

The Benefit of its Accessibility One of the many reasons why condominiums had become one of the most popular types of housing in the Philippine market, particularly in today’s modern trends, is because of its accessibility to business and commercial districts.

Most of these types of Philippines properties for sale are found in business and commercial districts, such as the many condominium in Makati City. Because of its choice of location, condominiums quickly became even more popular and in-demand in the Philippine market, particularly among Filipinos who seek to live in a home where they can easily access their workplaces, such as company and corporate executives, as well as high-wage earners.

Because of this benefit, condominiums quickly became a popular type of home for many Filipinos which made their lives easier and more convenient. However, other than in the city, condominiums can also offer other popular benefits that made it popular in the country, such as providing a modern home for modern families.

Thanks for this thread about condominiums... I am learning something here.

1. what do you really 'own' as a condo unit? is it true that an 'air space' within the unit is what you own?
2. what are condotels? how does this condo concept operate? do you buy the unit then use it as a hotel? how do you make money here?
3. if I intend to buy condo units, can you name reputable developers where to buy?
4. if you fail to pay the association dues, what happens to your ownership?
5. what are 'special assessments'?

thanks for your thoughts.

From what I know, they give you full information on such service contracts. So if anything had been damaged within that given time frame, sagot nila. But before they do any action, they would have to investigate first. Ganoon ang setup dito sa'min here in Cypress Towers, a DMCI Homes (Check it here.) development. From what developer ka ba, you may want to ask them that.
