Taxes for a Condo
« on: June 08, 2012, 03:43:29 PM »
Are taxes the same for a condo as for a house? I am about to buy 4 studio type units in The Amaryllis (DMCI Homes). And now, I’m worrying on how much taxes will I be paying.

if you would ask me personally, i would rather go for a house than a condo... although depende pa din on your purpose.. kung longterm or short term or kung gagamitin mo syang investment lang at hindi titirhan... parehas na mataas ang taxes. pero tingin ko mas malaki sa condo  ang tax.

Thanks for the info IntraLover!

Gaya ko, I prefer condominiums more kasi flexible akong tao. I work in the city, my friends are in the city, and all the places I desire to go are in the city too. Madali ang access kumbaga. I bought this unit at a new development located in Quezon City. It's called The Amaryllis.

I’m not really sure though, pero ang alam ko, mani- measure din ‘yan sa makukuha mong return in the futute. ‘Yung home value mismo. For examples, kapag ipaparenta mo kaya nama’y ibebenta, sa dalawa, mas malakas ang selling ability ngcondominiums.

That is a lot. You must love DMCI Homes. I believe that the Amaryllis is pre- selling. Are you going to unite these rooms to create a one large space? This is actually what celebrities do. Anyway, yes, taxes vary from house and lot to condominiums. Here's a helpful tip: Check it here..

Kasi kung wala pa, I may suggest The Amaryllis and Zinnia Towers. They're both from DMCI Homes, so I'm sure na 'di ka magsisisi sa pagbili sa kahit ano man sa dalawa. Both have corresponding advanatges and edge sa ibang developments like Zinnia's Lumiventt Design Technology feature.

I'm sure there is. Sa Internet nga, may mga provided calculators for tax computation and all. Pero masyadong complex. Kaya it is good na mag- hire ng isang licensed agent to help you get through the process. That's what I did when I purchased a unit in Rhapsody Residences located in Muntinlupa.

Just read all the posts here. Sana may maglagay dito ng side- by- side differences ng tax for condo sa tax ng house and lot. In that way, mas maiintindihan ng mga taong 'di aware sa bagay nito. Good thing I have an agent when I acquired a unit in Rhapsody Residences. 'Di ako masyadong nangapa sa proseso.

Hello Maria Gracias!

Ang pagkakaalam ko, both are amenable sa ganitong activity, such as calculating for the capitalization for your real estate.
