Pros and cons in buying a condo unit in The Amaryllis:

Pros
1.A Blissful Sanctuary – Gated and is secured with exclusive amenities and facilities. It has also a 24- hour roving security by the Property Management Office, ensuring the safety of its dwellers.
2. Signature Living – Regular participation in social activities in the high society is sustained as The Amaryllis offers multi- purpose function rooms, a grand lobby, sky lounge, a fitness gym, and a swimming pool perfect for a healthy lifestyle of sophisticated elegance.
3. Ease of Travel – Positioned right in the middle of the four major areas in Quezon City: New Manila and Greenhills in San Juan, South Triangle, Cubao- Araneta Center, and Old Manila and Sta. Mesa Gateway. One can reach the intended destination efficiently by private or public modes of transportation.
4. Reliability and Stability – The Amaryllis is one among of the many smart investment decisions averred by DMCI Homes established with a commitment of quality workmanship.

Cons
These are subjected to all condo units. This include the following:
1. Condo owners only own the inside of their unit.
2. Condo owners may not have a front or back yard.
3. Unit owners must share available resources such as the pool, tennis court, recreation center, etc., with all other residents.

Testimonial
What I love about The Amaryllis is its strategic location; its closeness to prime locations especially to my workplace which makes it a perfect setting. This will really save me a lot of time and effort, thus, I can convert some of my remaining time for relaxation.

And I’m also planning to finance my purchase through a bank loan. Nag-aaccept ba ng bank loan ang DMCI?

This is the sister development of Zinnia Towers in Quezon City. Both are from DMCI Homes. Kaya more space, more fluidity and movement.

This post link might help. It's Zinnia Towers, pero same lang din ang process of reservation, since same developer naman sila. Here's the link: http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/showthread.php?t=554291&p=63210567#post63210567

Ano pong special feature mayroon ang The Amaryllis, aside from it's a resort- inspired development?

Thanks Gin Brandi for proving answers to people here. I wasn't able to attend to some of the concerns here kasi I was busy fixing papers regarding sa binili kong unit sa Rhapsody Residences. Actually, DMCI Homes din siya. Have you heard about it?

Hello JosephV! Alam mo ba yung in-house financing? Meron bang ganito ang DMCI? Yung iba kasing real estate developers, alam ko may in-house financing plans sila.

Yes, there is. In DMCI Homes (www.dmcihomes.com), mayroon sila. You could see that in one of it's promo. Example: East Raya Gardens offers the following easy payment terms:
10% in 3 months, 10% in 12 months, 80% - In-house or Bank Financing.
