How does Quantitative Easing affect the foreign market?
« on: April 12, 2015, 07:01:56 PM »
Am a newbie here in the forex and am just wondering what's affecting the foreign market when it comes to quantitative easing... i heard that japan and euro have started their quantitative easing measures ... from my understanding, foreign market is affected by the quantitative easing in the sense that it creates money flow into the market, driving growth to equities, creating more jobs, bringing down inflation, .... but happens to the forex exactly?

Well if you read this up to investopedia, "Quantitative easing is an unconventional monetary policy in which a central bank purchases government securities or other securities from the market in order to lower interest rates and increase the money supply"

so it says, it's more on monetary policy. in the US, this is FED. they initiate this policy to allow money circulation.
