About Employment Bond

I thought asking and posting this topic kasi i cant seem to see any topic related to employment and so i started this thread.

Sino sino ba sa inyo dito ang may contract or employment bond? May clause din ba kayo na kagaya nung sa akin na  hindi ka pwede umalis sa company ng 2 years? At pag umalis ka kelangan mo magbayad ng worth P100,000.00 or slightly above that range.

Totoo ba eto at nasusunod? At kelangan ba talaga neto? Is this constitutional?
