About Intellectual Rights in the Philippines

Diba it's a criminal to steal someone's work without giving due credit to the person who owns that original piece?

Ano ba pwede i-kaso pag meron kang nabalitaan na may nagsteal ng work mo?

Anyone would like to share?

yes as far as IPR is concerned... this is definitely one aspect na kelangan bigyan ng pansin ng gobyerno...

this may hold true lalo na sa mga line ng photography especially if the photos were taken w/o due credit to the originator...

.tingin nyo?
