Tinatanggap bang evidence ang EMAIL sa korte?

Curious lang po ako.... Tinatanggap bang evidence ang EMAIL sa korte? kunyari nagkaroon ng dispute or irregularity tapos sa email yung conversation. pwede ba yun i base as evidence?

for some cases, alam ko acceptable sya.

I am not a lawyer ha... just my assumption. kasi email is used by businesses in dealing with transaction. electronic form nga lang. some audit requirements, say they accept it as a form of communication between parties involved
