SAP BI/ABAP Developer
Makati City (National Capital Reg)



Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of PRISM Competence Center Head in Manila, the successful candidate will have responsibility

1. Analyze gaps between standard SAP product and required business requirements in terms of reports for IOM in the areas of PRISM HR, PRISM Financials and PRISM BI.

2. Undertake development tasks for SAP BI modeling, querying and reporting.

3. Work as a part of the team responsible for extraction, transformation and loading activities in SAP BI.
 
4. Compile functional and create technical specifications for new developments and enhancements.
 
5. Develop, test, coordinate with designated focals for user acceptance test and implement in production the agreed specifications for the reports /workflows.
 
6. Develop reports using Sapscripts, Smartforms and ADOBE forms.
 
7. Develop additional or improve workflow requirements.
 
8. Undertake development tasks for customization, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and data conversion.
 
9. Develop IOM requirements on ABAP Webdynpro.
 
10. Participate in unit and system testing.
 
11. Maintain required project documentation such as technical and end-user manuals.
 
12. Troubleshoot end user issues and provide Tier 3 support in PRISM Helpdesk.
 
13. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Technical
 
a) correctly applies knowledge of specialized IT disciplines;   b) anticipates and prepares response to changing IT needs of the relevant organizational unit;   c) delivers optimal IT solutions within defined resource parameters.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience
 
a)    completed university degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field;   b)   minimum seven  years of relevant work experience of which four  years of development experience such as dialog programming, user-exits, BAPIs and workflow in two or more of the following areas: SAP BI, SAP HR ABAP, SAP FI ABAP and ABAP Web dynpro;   c) good communication, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle a range of HR and FI systems-related issues.
 
 
Languages
 
Thorough knowledge of English.  Working knowledge of French an advantage.
