Internship for Business Studies/Administration Students

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Under the general supervision of the National Payroll Officer in Manila and in coordination with the Payroll Administration Assistants, the successful candidate will provide support in IOM’s monthly payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timely payment of salaries and other financial entitlements.

Key Responsibilities includes:

1. Payroll administration support
• Create entries of fixed and variable payroll elements in SAP PRISM and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Create bank instructions of newly hired Officials and HQ employees in PRISM. Process request, coordinate and follow-up staff members who have changed their banking instruction thru Employee Self-Service (ESS).

2. Payroll accounting
• Assist in carrying out accounting procedures required of the payroll system.

Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
3 Internship position(s) for duration of 2 month(s).
