Lotus Notes Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:
·   Design, develop, test, and implement new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications.
·   Provide work effort estimates in support of clients' requests
·   Ensure program code developed is of good quality.
·   Work within established standards and change management processes
·   Provide ongoing support of application systems in production including problem analysis, resolution, escalation and reporting
·   Provide on-call and after hours support as required
·   Develop and maintain system documentation.
·   Maintain regular and timely communication with the team manager or clients and provide regular status updates as necessary

Requirements:
Education: College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science or related course.

Competencies:
·   Minimum 2 years application development experience in Lotus Notes/Domino (version 8); Team leadership experience in application development and support.
·   Proficient with analysis and design methodologies for full system development life cycle
·   Solid knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino administration and server environment.
·   Excellent analysis, problem solving skills
·   Good organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task
·   Solid written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
·   Ability to learn new technologies and work with minimum supervision
·   Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
