Is being a real estate agent a good career? What are its advantages over the other job positions out there? What benefits does one acquire in this career?

Real estate runs like our economy in cycles, and the real estate market is currently at the bottom of a downward cycle where homes have been devalued since 2007. So the cycle is bound to start trending upward, which means more condo acquisition, more real estate agent's assistance's needed. Like I did when I purchased a unit in DMCI Homes. Such a good help, but make sure you hire a licensed one.
