You see, we are no longer in the ‘Industrial revolution of the 1900s, we are in the ‘Information Age’. If you know about business/economic cycles the is the early stage, rising stage, the peak, then the decline, right? In some countries internet usage is in the early to rising stage and that presents vast opportunities for value creation by your business. Its Facebook, Youtube, twitter, Linkedin, blogging etc that are the tools you need to use to tell your story and grow your business. There are also free information exposure like community forums such as www.PesoRepublic.com , www.LibrengAds.com, www.GreenBodyTalk.com to name a few. In the end, it is still us who wins. The Power of Spcial Networking.

‎"If your business is not on the Internet, then your business will be out of business".

It is true. All businesses are going online. Kasama na dyan ang direct selling, pati pagbebenta ng Lupa at condominiums.. Lahat Even very small ones..

For Real Estate Marketers, Developers, one must observe the network marketing trends. Our customers have become smarter. It takes more than a hotel meeting to sign them up in your business. They search everything before they make a commitment.... You must move with the times.

We need new tactics for
-Prospecting
-Recruiting
-Follow up and
-Building trust

If you are one of those who have a phobia for the net, you need to work on your fears. True. Bad things happen over the net. But even good things happen. We can't say "there is no love because we were once hurt..."

We should learn how to promote our products online... In the game of the real estate sector, maganda if you can showcase each unit, place, icons, reviews from preview customers and the like. kasama na dyan kung magkano at if there are promos ongoing mas maganda. Engage them in the discussion and make yourself heard from the whole world that you are ONLINE and ALWAYS  READY for answering inquiries :)

This is not only applicable in the real estate marketing but also to any product/services being offered.

KNOW YOUR UNIT OR THE PRODUCT YOU ARE ENDORSING. If you already have a product or a unit to sell, make sure that you know a lot of information about it in order to address customer queries as well as to market it very well. You have to be the expert when it comes to that product.

On the other hand, if you do not have a product yet, you can definitely try scouring the Internet to see lots of possible items. Or, you can research as to what people are looking for but could not find online yet. This way, you already have a possible market by catering to their needs. And you have no competitors yet!

2. GET THE WORD OUT. Now that you have a product to sell, you have to get the word out about it.  How? Advertise through different ways! You can create a website, advertise on free ads sites or social networks, and advertise through paid ads. Let’s tackle them one by one.

You can create your own website complete with payment systems. Don’t know how to do it? You can search online for tools that can help you create your own website for free! But once you have your site up and running, you must know that you also have to update the information there regularly. With good and updated content, your customers will keep on visiting your page. And for every page visit, that is a chance for a purchase! Also, once your site is up, you also have to look for ways to drive people to it.

You can drive people to visit your site through social networks like Facebook, Twitter, PesoRepublic or LibrengAds etc. What makes these sites great is the opportunity to tap into the millions of users worldwide! And these sites are for free! You can create an account on these sites and post teasers on information that your friends will find on your website. On the other hand, if you do not have a website, you can just create accounts in these social networks and do the selling there.

Another way to advertise for free is through free ad sites. Yes, you read that right. You can post your ads in these sites for free! Using free ad sites is the best way to start advertising. But, if you have the extra cash, you can pay for additional exposure. With paid ads, you are assured that people will definitely get to see your ads.

3. HAVE VARIED PAYMENT OPTIONS. Having a variety of methods to pay is something that customers like. What if a customer does not have Paypal and prefers paying through a bank? What if a customer does not have a credit card? Imagine the possible losses that you will encounter if you will limit your payment options.

4. GOOD CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IS FREE ADVERTISING. With online selling, the challenge is how to get people to buy your product without actually seeing or touching it. When we go shopping, we love to scrutinize the product before actually deciding. Well, you can provide your customers with as much information and photos as you can but they may still have doubts because they did not actually touch it.

Therefore, once you make that first sale, ask for a customer feedback. And make sure that it will be a good one! Once you have established your reputation online, new customers will not be apprehensive to do business with you; your old customers will keep on coming back; and they may even refer you to their friends! In case of getting negative customer feedback, attend to it at once. If a customer did not like the way their transaction went out, knowing that it was very easy to get hold of you and address the issue will be good for your reputation, too.

Great point of view. I see where you're coming from. Indeed, online marketing is stronger than ever. I could never imagine how our lives could be now if Internet's presence did not exist. Anyway, do you know of any developers that makes use of a particular strategy? Thank you.

I believe you sir.

They collect traffic for their sites. As much as possible, they will attract their potential customers in any way, so they may be able to gain their trust, and eventually become buyers. Not to affront myself, but this has been one of the contributing factors why I bought a unit in Rhapsody Residences, DMCI Homes., located in Muntilupa.

You bet. Just look at how towering The Amaryllis is. Such a queen by character. Maganda ang pagkakaplano. Adgeek, I have not seen any condominiums sa link mo, puro mga town houses po.

These real estate developers create virtual relationships to their prospects/ potential customers by attending to their concerns and questions, and by providing them an advantage of reaching their office personally or through calls. Studies show that more than 80 percent of real estate buyers prefer online surfing in checking for properties. Just like what I did before I finally purchased a unit in Zinnia Towers and Rhapsody Residences, both from DMCI Homes.

I've heard of this since sa same area lang din siya with Zinnia Towers. Is it a DMCI Homes development too?

If you ask me personally mas maganda pa din yung may physical close relationship ka with your real estate agent. iba kasi nagagawa pag personal mong nakakausap e. pag kasi online although maraming online agents dyan yung iba kasi manloloko e... tataasan ang rate/prices kahit hindi naman yun ang totoong price.. sa akin lang naman yun

Link building of their site or their products and services through forum posting, guest posting, info dissemination like PRs and articles. Also, spreading them in social networks is a plus. Here's an example: Check it here.

Siguro the point is, direct SELLING is not anymore advisable since it is time consuming and noneffective na rin. Unlike sa online, which provides people more understanding as they could grasp easily a product or service with just a click. Gaya 'nung buli ako ng unit sa Zinnia Towers, DMCI Homes. I never knew of it until I saw it on an advertising sa net.
