As far as i know, pwede siguro pag mag 'add' ka ng bank account sa paypal section. pero pag gagamitin mo pang verify, at the moment, di sya pwede e.

Try mo BDO Savings account.

BPI and Paypal posible sya actually...you just need to verify the following

-verified Paypal account using the particular bank (BPI in our case)
-correct bank routing code – also called 9-digit bank code
-registered name with Paypal must match with the one on the bank account
-account with the bank must be active or working

Filipinos can verify their Paypal accounts using a BPI credit card (would suggest the e-Credit Card version of BPI). However, this card is only for verification and the funds will not be transferred here. Instead, the user must add his / her BPI savings account as this is where the money will be transferred.

Just to clarify:

BPI credit card (money will not be transferred here - also used for verification)

BPI ATM / savings account (money will be transferred here so add this to your Paypal account. Be sure to follow bullet 3)

After having the above requirements, you can now proceed with the funds transfer.
