First, investment syemps and then pag uuwi ako jan sa pinas meron ako mapapag-stayan. Independent kasi ako eh kaya oks talaga ang condo for me

Hahaha grabe to si koya

I've read in a thread that DMCI offers quality yet affordable properties. Better siguro to ask those who had first hand experience sa kahit anong property ng developers na napupusuan mo, like family of friends kasi for sure sasabihin nila ang totoo

I definitely agree with you. That is why it's best to make a background check first sa mga developers before ka magset ng mga appointments. Lalo na when it comes to turn over issues and PMO. As to DMCI, they have a proven track record of turning over projects on time.

@PinoySpecialist - You're right. Probably because they don't build on super prime locations like in CBDs. Also their mission is to be the best provider of residential properties which is designed for families. So asian contemporary ang designs with resort-like amenities. Trademark na nila yan ever since.

Yung mga technology na ganyan like Lumiventt Technology wala sa Ayala Land and SMDC or Megaworld yan?

They could just be using a different term but altogether they all want to gear towards 'Green Development' Initiatives because a poor condo planning is eventually costly in the long term.

Do you think so too?
