Syempre comfort, accessibility and time travel.

Bakit mas gusto mo DMCI compared sa Ayala or Centuries?

Curious din ako bakit DMCI? Ayaw mo ayala land? or maybe Megaworld?

Siguro, so far, ang nakita ko sa DMCI is yung savings that goes with properties that fall under the 3.2M threshold. Ang laking gaan yun for me.

@jenica, i see... ako naman may kakilala na both ayala and dmci. ok naman sila. pero am yet to discuss or tanong kung ano ano advantages bakit nila napili yun.

... lahat yan ayala.

A lot of reasons din. Pero pinaka nakapag tulak sakin is yung about sa 50 yrs. kasi diba ang condo daw gigibain na after 50 years?
