Has anyone heard of Magnolia Place in Quezon City?

Has anyone heard of Magnolia Place in Quezon City? It's a condominium residence and the developer is DMCI. I'm planning to get a condominium. Will you guys recommend it for me?

Yes why not. It's a mid-rise project. Depende naman sa hanap mo eh. Amenities? Kumpleto yan! Pools, gyms, playground, water play area, club house, basketball court, themed gardens etc... Location? malapit lang siya sa EDSA at sa mga commercial centers. Malapit din sa ospital at mga educational institutions. You may want to ask for inquiry Check it here.

I went to the link you provided bro, Ganda! I'm planning to visit it some time :) Thanks for the heads up! May alam ka pa bang iba? Pero mukang satisfied na ako dito sa Magnolia Place :) Kaysa mag rent ng bahay, dito nalang ako magrerent sa Magnolia. Sa bahay, wala kang pool, garden, playgrounds at gym, pero sa condo meron :) Thanks ulit! :)

I think so, yes. Pwede ding pinapa-impress lang din ako pero kung di totoo ang sinasabi nya pwedeng magkaroon ng bad reputation yung company nya edi cargo pa nya yun at mawalan pa sya ng trabaho. So why risk diba?  ;)
