Matagal ng nageexist yung rent-to-own na scheme pero ang alam ko sa mga houses/h&l pa lang, not sure sa condo

oo nga pano ba scheme neto? may mga nakikita nga ako sa librengads.com ganyan e. ok kaya yung ganyan? diba hassle or problematic over time sa bayaran? baka may mga hidden charges yan mga ganyan ha.

Mahirap maniwala sa mga offers din minsan eh kasi kahit trusted or kilala na yung brands meron pa din palang hidden charges.

Kaya dapat meron kang kakilala at least na naka rent to own din para mas maintindihan mo talaga yung terms

mga gano katagal kaya pag rent to own scheme kaya?

baka naman may mga heavy clause na kelangan bayaran or may mga add on na added cost na di aware ang buyer neto?

kung titingnan mo parang medyo mas mahal din ang rent to own... that is accumulation ng rental fee over long term diba? i wonder kung kasama dyan ang monhtly allowance mo sa mga amenities or hindi.

Guys, with a little research, ganito pala yung rent to own.

Ganito yung example:
Your usual rental rate is 15k pero ang babayaran mo is 20k for example. Yung 5k na excess, ibabayad mo as down payment doon sa unit na gusto mo bilhin. Yung time frame depende sa usapan niyo nung nagbebenta. Kunwari 3 years na ganyan hanggang macomplete mo yung downpayment. Itatago ng may ari yang pera sa bank. Tapos magdedecide ka na kung bibilhin mo na yung property o hindi. Kapag di mo itinuloy, hindi na babalik sayo yung pera. Kapag itinuloy mo, may head start ka na.

Hindi ko gusto ang scheme na ganito. Mas makakatipid ka kung bibilhin mo na lang mismo yung unit. Check niyo tong sample computation from DMCI Homes website - Calculating Cost of Renting and Buying a Condo
