Condos are built in desirable locations. I think that is one primary reason that attracts Pinoys to buy. Second, condos are cheaper than house and lot. Third, they get to enjoy the amenities for free.

I'd like to add this:

-May security na din sila 24/7 and yung maintenance PLUS cleaning of the hallways is not a problem na din.

Okay sya for independent people like me whereas my parents or relatives are far away. Di mo na kailangan problemahin ang security mo kasi nga equipped na nun ang condo. Malapit din sya sa CBD areas kung san ka nagwowork mas tipid sa pamasahe and saves you the time as well, kahit mag OT ka di ka magwoworry na baka manakawan ka or anything..

Eto pa isang reason kung bakit okay ang condominium, kung nadidinig nyo yung after 50 years daw eh idedemolish yung unit mo kasi syempre luma na, sa DMCI hindi ganun, pag bumili ka ng unit sa dmci, automatic may share ka dun sa corporation, so after 50years, iinspect ng government yung property kung okay pa sya for occupancy, if okay pa, continue, if hindi na, may option yung corporation to sell or rebuild the building. Pag sell, may part yung unit owners, pag rebuild, yun din yung unit nila, naging bago lang ulit. :)

Meron pa din naman na dorms na safe eh pero iri-risk mo pa ba ang buhay ng anak mo dun? May mga dorms din naman na halos kasing presyo na ng condos at nakakaloka sa mahal edi syempre sa condo ka na lang diba?

Sa U-belt mas madami ang dorms/room for rent kesa sa mga condo no? Usually medj malayo na yung pinakamalapit na condo
