VAT 3.2m threshold?

Any one knows what does this mean? An agent said something about VAT 3.2m threshold about my condo from DMCI. I never knew what it means.

Ganito yan, pagka yung price ng iyong condo is 3.2 million or higit pa, meron na 12% VAT.  Taxable na sya.

so yung 3.2 million x 12% = 384,000

3.2m + 384k = 3.584million na yung babayaran mo.

Pag below 3.2 million, hindi sya Taxable :)
So yung matitipid mo, pwede mo nalang gastusin sa interior design siguro. :)

Hi, makasali lng ako sa usapan,

Hindi ako familiar dito sa threshold na eto. may ganito pala?

Ano standard ng computation neto? Or nagre-range din depende sa location, property, style or design/facilities ng condo?

Eto na yung explanation dun, basta pag ang price ng condo e below 3.2M, hindi sya vatable. pag 3.2M mahigit, vatable na sya. regardless sa location. pero sa developer, ang alam ko lang na sure may ganito is DMCI, hindi ko alam yung iba.

So dapat pala yung kukunin mong unit below 3.2M pala.... Hmmmm..

anyone knows na documentation to prove this claim? San  nyo yan nabasa?
