Location muna syempre, then price, tapos developer-kung may positive o negative track record ba ito tapos plus points na lang ang amenities :)

So primary criteria talaga ang location. No wonder, properties are mostly built kung hindi sa prime locations, malapit lang for convenience. But sometimes, nasa fault line yung ibang itinayo. As to the price, some are reasonably priced, some are over-priced.

Ako, I consider Location, Price, and Developer. Plus points na lang yung others and deal breaker din kapag pare-parehong okay yung first 3 criteria :)

Well for me, Developer and amenities (Pool!)  :)
Planning na nga akong bumili ng condo jan sa Philippines.
So right now looking through forums, threads about condominiums..
So far, DMCI ang nangunguna sa lists ko.
Ang dami kasi akong naririnig na maganda nga ang projects ng DMCI.

@Lily - excited owning your first condo unit? That's nice! Good luck!

May kanya kanyang style ang mga property na dinedevelop like hotel like style, neo-asian style etc. Do you consider this in buying a condo?

I once dream of living in a property na parang tree house ang style. Wala lang, naiimagine ko lang.

Yes kaya, super.  ;D
Hmm Hotel Like is good. But mas gusto ko yung parang resort.

Tree house ang style, oo maganda yun friend. When I was in High School, my cousins and I were always planning na ganun yung maging bahay namin in the future pero wala.. Old days.  ::)

Yes, tama ka jan. Usually location talaga lalo na't ang usual reason ng paglipat sa condo e convenience either sa work or school.
