Kunyari may nagustuhan kang bahay or property pero later on you found out na GHOST HOUSE pala eto? Paano na?

That is why hindi sudden o rushed ang pagbili ng property. See, you have plenty of time to work on the process. Mag- hire ng agent para mas sigurado at cemented ang decision. Sabi nga nila, when in doubt, say no.

diba pwede iconceal ang pagka - hunted house ng isang house and lot? sa place namin merong bumili ng abandoned house... mura lang nya binili tapos pinaupahan nya ... ngayon ang yaman na nung mayari.

maganda kasi location e.. i guess kahit na anong hunted house pa yan pag maganda location.gumaganda din overtime ang rate...

am i right?

People, especially in the Philippines, are superstitious, and so a haunted house probably will be one of those type of properties na mahirap ibenta/ iparenta. Although, a home improvement could be done, siguro, nasa selling strategy na rin 'yan ng seller.

You can always perform home improvement. Hire a home inspector for guidance and help. Revamping a home will surely make a development. Also, it would be better to make a house look brighter, as it will seem fresh and new.

Or better yet, look for more/ other options. Maraming klase ng properties. Don't settle for one. Always be open sa iba, para malaman mo kung alin ang nababagay sa'yo. Gaya ko, it took me three months before I can cement my decision in buying a condo unit. I bought Zinnia Towers, DMCI Homes, and have never regretted my decision.

may napuntahan kaming ganyan dati.. nung bago bago palang ako at nag sscout ng house... medyo di ko feel yung ambience nung bahay... medyo mura nga kaya lang syempre gusto mo naman makatulog ng mahimbing sa gabi at walang kaluskos... dba? hehe

may napuntahan kaming ganyan dati.. nung bago bago palang ako at nag sscout ng house... medyo di ko feel yung ambience nung bahay... medyo mura nga kaya lang syempre gusto mo naman makatulog ng mahimbing sa gabi at walang kaluskos... dba? hehe

Hehe. Tama! Pero kung ako 'yung seller, siguro push ko siya for home improvement para naman tumaas ang selling ability ng property. Pero siyempre, as home buyers, gusto natin 'yung pasok sa lifestyle at preference natin. And nagustuhan ko 'yung Zinnia Towers, condominium siya from DMCI Homes. 'Di lang kasi malaki 'yung mga unit cuts, may feature pa itong Lumiventt Design Technology.

pagtanong lang... pag ba haunted house kasama sya pag ileless appraised or mas mababa ba ang value nya pag bibilhin? paano sya ineevaluate sa market pag haunted house.. may classification ba yun? or kunyari nasunugan?
