What should I know before buying a lot?
« on: August 02, 2012, 10:13:07 AM »
So yung kapatid nya yung nag-aasikaso.

Thanks!

me too I have the same questions.

how do I know the title is clean? do I need to hire abogado for real estate transaction?
also how do I find the real owner of the property coz maybe someone is pretending to be the owner but
really isnt.

same questions apply to buying a house and lot.

also if I buy a lot I will have to pay yearly taxes correct? how do I find the cost of the taxes before I buy?

There's always the issue of taxation. YOu need to know this and at the same time the processing, land registration, ownership, deed of chattel mortage etc.

Why don't you ask a lawyer?
