Sabagay sir you have a point.
Pag condo, may security guards and cctv cameras jan 24/7 most of the time which is walang ganun pag bahay right? unless magpa install ka,

pero am yet to compare the cost between those 2 e... kung ikaw ba tatanungin alin ba mas tipid?
Kung may breakdown ka sana ng costing between living in a house/lot vs condo mas maganda.

Depende kasi yan eh, depende sa lifestyle eh.
For example:

So sayang.
And then another one is mahirap talagang kumuha ng house and lot na may magandang location, kung meron man, for sure mahal dahil nga maganda yung location.

I would prefer House and Lot Syempre. But the price is really steep, sometimes you cant afford to buy one. So as a result, people opt to go for Condominium.

Problem lang is how reliable yung mga property developers to disclose everything to you as a client/customer?

Yun yung problem dun. Maliliit yung cut ng mga unit, tsaka mas mura sa DMCI, kasi DMCI na ang developer, sila din yung contractor so hindi na sila nag hhire ng contractor that's why mas mura, and mas malalaki ang cut ng units nila.
