Okay din naman ang townhouse. The decision depends upon your needs, lifestyle, budget, and preference. Both have pros and cons naman.

Let us compare condo vs townhouse and let's see
Below are example properties by the same developer - DMCI Homes. Not my original comparison. I just saw it online. Credits to Regie Oquendo.

Townhouse - Mahogany Place 3 - Cielo
Floor Area: 180sqm
Price: 9m
Rooms: 3 BR, 3 toilets, 2 car garage + maids room
Price per sq meter: 50k

Condo - Royal Palm Residences
Floor Area: 100sqm
Price: 6.5m
Rooms: 3 BR, 2 toilets, parking lot not included
Price per sq meter: 65k

Base from that comparison @patpat, condominiums are smaller in terms of area than townhouses. Also, parking slot for condominiums is sold separately.

You can try asking the management kung pumapayag sila

As to townhouse vs condo, mukhang mas maraming benefits ang townhouse? Except for location at security.

I think what serialflakes is trying to say, compare sa location ng townhouses, most condo are located sa mga business districts and key cities.
